First, my food was really good and I would highly recommend the buttermilk chicken. Unfortunately, my girlfriends food was cold and 15mins after it was returned it came back like leather after obviously being left on the grill. The goodwill gesture offered was removing the price of my girlfriends meal - which was inedible! Not the level of customer service you would expect from a highly rated establishment. Actually there was an acknowledgement that there had been a few issues tonight - the very nice couple at the table next to us (who were also out celebrating a birthday) had to send one of their mains back as well. This was a huge disappointment as they had a great selection of craft ales but clearly not setup for the volume of covers on a Saturday night.
Had the BBQ feast with some extra pit beans and they didn't disappoint, it was delicious ! Friendly waiting staff and the food came out super quick. Finished off with a complementary birthday shot! Really enjoyed our meal. Thanks!

Food is always good in here and most of the time the service is spot on as well. Tonight the staff went missing for half and hour while they had promo photos done which meant I could not get a drink but that is a one off. Worth a visit and I would recommend the BBQ feast if it's your first time.
Amazing meat dishes. Probably the best chicken wings I've ever eaten. Good beer selection.
