my favourite loud place at St.Albans. average age is borderline legal but as long as you are aware of that you will be fine. good labels, normal bear.
The snug is the perfect name because you cannot move once you get more then 20 people in there.

Fairly nice place, good cocktails but fairly expensive. The staff were nice but, as the name suggests, it is very snug in the pub. If you book a table beforehand then request the marquee as the inside area is too loud and busy.
Worst ever. Vile treatment - waitress demanded payment in advance, ordered 3 meals but only received 2. Chased repeatedly, only to leave in disgust after hours of promise 3rd meal was coming no apology, no compensation & no ordered 3rd meal received. Avoid this place completely! St Albans offers many welcoming & warm establishments, however this is a disgraceful establishment.
